传播学视域下冯唐《飞鸟集》的译介与接受研究

在翻译领域,经典作品的新译本通常会引起普通读者及专业译者的批评与讨论。对经典文学作品的重译更是会被拿来与之前的译本作比较。在比较的过程中引发争议本无可厚非,但像“冯唐事件”一样能引起如此之大风波的实属罕见。中国小说家冯唐重译的泰戈尔《飞鸟集》自2015年7月出版以来,因译本中出现的低俗词汇和不雅意象引发了诸多争议。该译本因偏离原作,受到各方各界的强烈批评,最终于同年12月份被迫从各大书店下架召回。虽然表面上看,该译本译介失败的原因是译者本人对泰戈尔原作的误读误译,但究其根本,其译介失败是诸多因素共同作用的结果。为了探究影响该译本下架的原因,本文以拉斯韦尔5W传播模式为理论基础,首先分析了传播过程中包含的各个阶段,之后在该理论基础上提出了针对翻译的传播模式,并在此模式的指导下对冯唐《飞鸟集》的传播过程展开讨论。通过分析冯唐《飞鸟集》传播过程中从译者到读者所经历的各个环节,本文总结出了导致该译本传播失败的文内和文外因素。拉斯韦尔5W传播模式是传播学中的经典模式,研究传播中的五大要素:谁,说什么,通过什么途径,对谁说,取得什么效果。本文将冯唐翻译的《飞鸟集》作为一个整体来考察,通过对原诗译诗...
