中国“985工程”大学简介中的劝说话语研究

  在当今全球化的背景下,很多行业都受到市场化和商品化的影响,其中教育行业就是一个很好的例子。作为教育领域中的一种体裁,大学简介也受到了全球化的影响,它现在的作用不仅仅是给读者提供大学的一些基本信息,而且,它还试图说服读者,让读者意识到该校是一所优秀的大学,进而吸引优质的生源报考该校。本文收集了当前中国39所“985工程”重点院校的大学简介,并对简介中的劝说话语进行分析。根据Aristotle (2007)所提出的三大劝说模式,本文对简介中的劝说话语进行分类,将其分为体现“人品诉求”的劝说话语,体现“情感诉求”的劝说话语以及体现“理性诉求”的劝说话语。在此基础上,本文根据Verschueren (1999)的顺应理论,进一步解释了为什么大学简介的作者会选择这三大模式的劝说话语。最后,通过一个问卷调查,本文揭示了大学简介中的劝说话语对读者的影响。通过一系列的分析,本研究得出这些劝说话语的选择实际上是一个顺应社会心理的过程。另外,问卷调查的结果也揭示了大学简介中的劝说话语确实影响了读者对大学的看法。本研究从一个新的视角去研究全球化对大学简介的影响,希望对以后这方面的研究有一定的意义。
