冠状动脉功能诊断研究进展

【摘要】：准确评价冠状动脉病变的功能意义在冠心病患者治疗方案选择中发挥的重要作用。常用评价指标包括冠状动脉血流储备(CFR)、血流储备分数(FFR)、微循环阻力指数(IMR)等。其中,FFR是近20年逐渐公认的功能评价指标,可用于指导多种类型病变的治疗策略并改善患者预后。一些基于FFR的其他功能评价手段也在迅速发展,包括瞬时无波形比值(i FR)、冠状动脉计算机断层摄影术(CT)血管成像FFR(FFRCT)、定量冠状动脉造影FFR(QFR),对比剂FFR等。本文就上述功能评价指标的基本概念、临床研究进展、临床应用及局限性做一综述。
[Abstract]:Accurate evaluation of the functional significance of coronary artery disease in patients with coronary heart disease treatment options play an important role.The commonly used indexes include coronary artery flow reserve (CFR), flow reserve fraction (FFR), microcirculation resistance index (IMR) and so on.FFR is gradually recognized as a functional evaluation index in recent 20 years, which can be used to guide the treatment strategy of various types of lesions and improve the prognosis of patients.In this paper, the basic concept, clinical research progress, clinical application and limitation of the above function evaluation indexes are reviewed.
