中国流动人口与学生艾滋病不同健康教育方式干预效果研究

　　研究目的:2013年,全球3690万艾滋病病毒携带者,2014年全世界新增病毒感染者20万,随着感染人口不断累积,艾滋病每年给世界造成沉重的疾病和经济负担,目前艾滋病已经成为全球最严重的公共卫生和社会问题之一。截止2014年,中国艾滋病感染者及病人49.7万例,中国的艾滋病流行程度为由高至低十个等级的第八级,按全球水平来看,中国属于低流行状态,但中国人口基数大,感染人口数量大,并且部分地区流行程度高,疫情不容忽视。流动人群及学生人群在中国作为艾滋病的高发人群受到广泛关注,2016年中国流动人口达2.47亿,相对于固定人口而言,他们接受艾滋病健康教育的机会不会,受教育程度不高,卫生知识匮乏,从而在人口迁徙期间成为艾滋病的传播媒介及易感人群。而学生人群由于目前性观念的日益开放,大学生的首次性行为年龄逐渐提前,婚前性行为发生比例逐渐上升,艾滋病感染风险也随之增加,近年来,15-24岁青年学生艾滋病感染率呈快速上升趋势。本研究欲通过对本科生及研究生进行艾滋病相关知识的问卷调查,了解学生群体艾滋病知识认知的现状,通过查阅文献并进行系统综述,评价艾滋病健康教育对流动人群及学生人群的艾滋病知识认知的...
