中国华为ICT项目对马达加斯加经济社会发展的影响研究

数字通信技术在马达加斯加的经济与社会发展中扮演着越来越重要的角色。中国与马达加斯加的外交关系促进了两国的经济与贸易往来。中国华为公司的信息通信技术(ICT)对马达加斯加的经济社会发展产生了重要影响。论文以华为公司在马达加斯加的ICT建设项目为研究对象,运用管理学理论方法,研究中国华为ICT项目对马达加斯加经济与社会发展的影响,具有理论价值与现实意义。论文分析了华为ICT项目在马达加斯加的建设现状,运用SWOT分析方法,分析了华为ICT项目的优势、劣势以及机会与挑战。运用问卷调查法,分析了华为ICT项目在马达加斯加建设与应用过程中存在的问题,并利用层次分析方法对华为ICT网络系统的在马达加斯加的应用情况进行了评估。最后,论文提出了促进和改善华为ICT项目在马达加斯加建设的对策建议以及信息通信技术的发展及应用对于促进马达加斯加经济和社会可持续发展的启示。通过论文的研究旨在探明华为ICT投资基础设施建设项目对马达加斯加经济和社会发展的影响机理,为促进中国与马达加斯加之间的技术、经济、贸易等方面的交流提供政策支持。
