基于认知框架理论的《诗经·国风》文化意象英译对比研究

　　本研究基于认知框架理论探讨《诗经·国风》中文化意象英译过程中的框架操作,对汪榕培及詹姆斯·理雅格两个不同国籍译者的译本进行研究。“文化意象”这一术语用于概括文学作品中具有意象特征的文学现象。不少学者提出应该把文化意象的传递作为文学翻译中的一个专门议题进行讨论。翻译中的框架操作分为理想化和非理想化两大类。前者指两种文化间存在框架对应的情况,后者指框架存在文化差异的情况。本研究采用定性分析方法,以两类框架操作为基础,分类分析《诗经·国风》中文化意象的英译。本文将《诗经·国风》中的文化意象分为自然文化意象、物质文化意象、人称文化意象和社会文化意象,分析每一类型中具有代表性的文化意象英译的框架操作,解释其内在的规律。论文试图研究以下问题:1)译者在翻译文化意象过程中是如何实施框架操作的?2)不同文化背景的译者在对《诗经·国风》中文化意象进行框架操作时有何差异?3)哪些因素影响译者对《诗经·国风》中文化意象英译进行不同的框架操作?本研究表明:译者分别对源语中的文化意象进行框架解读,向目的语中对应的文化意象框架靠拢。如果目的语中有对应框架时,译者倾向于直接对应;当目的语中没有对应框架时,译者对源语...
