语境理论在高中英语阅读教学中的应用研究

英语阅读是高中英语学习中的重要组成部分,大部分课堂重视语言知识的学习例如:词汇、词组和语法,然而很少学习非语言知识。为了帮助学生掌握更多的阅读策略,提高阅读动机,提高阅读成绩,本文尝试将语境理论应用于阅读教学。论文将探讨三个研究问题:1.基于语境理论的教学方法能提高学生的阅读策略吗?2.基于语境理论的教学方法能改变学生的阅读动机吗?3.基于语境理论的教学方法能提高学生的阅读能力吗?作者在辽宁省锦州市第二高级中学进行为期4个月的教学实验研究,共有67名学生参加了这项研究。作者随机抽取了实验班（EC）和控制班（CC）。实验班应用语境理论指导下的阅读教学方法,这种教学方法重视语言语境和非语言语境。控制班则采用传统的阅读教学方法,传统的教学方法属于语法翻译法。整个实验采取定量分析的方法（问卷和考试）和定性分析方法（访谈）,并采用SPSS19.0对实验数据进行统计和分析,用数据来证明之前所提出的研究问题。研究结果表明:1.阅读策略,实验班和控制班的阅读策略平均成绩分别是45.34和31.96且Sig.<0.05,说明语境理论下的阅读教学有助于学生们的阅读策略的提高,具体体现在认知策略和社会...
