Pathomorphological study and histological classification of 328 cases of bovine urinary bladder tumors were conducted,and electron microscopic observation of 3 cases weremade as well.Transitional epit- helial carcinoma were found in 120 cattle,fibroma in 97,hemangioma in 42,leiomyosarcoma in 42, papilloma in 30,adenocarcinoma in 18,rhabdomyosarcoma in 16,hemangiosarcoma in 12,fibrosarcoma In 8,squamous cell carcinoma in 3,myxoma in 2,adenoma in 1,leiomyoma in 1,andundiffer- entiated carcinoma in 1,.Two or three Kinds of such tumors mentioned above were found at the same time in 64 cases.The 28 cases urinary bladder tumors were noticed metastasizing to lymph nodes or/ and other organs.

对流行于贵州省的牛膀胱肿瘤的调查表明:本病最显著的临床症状是长期间歇性血尿。在1570头屠宰牛中检出膀胱肿瘤257例(16.37%)。其中黄牛的检出率高达18.74%,水牛为0.57%。对328例牛膀胱肿瘤进行了病理形态学观察及组织学分类,并对其中3例作了电镜观察。各类型肿瘤出现的频率依次是:移行细胞癌126例,纤维瘤97例,血管瘤42例,平滑肌肉瘤42例,乳头状瘤30例,腺癌18例,横纹肌肉瘤16例,血管肉瘤12例,纤维肉瘤8例,鳞状细胞癌3例,粘液瘤2例,以及腺瘤、平滑肌瘤和未分化癌各1例。在64个病例中,每例同时存在上述的二或三种肿瘤成分。在28例中见肿瘤组织向淋巴结或/和其他器官转移。

The constitution of objective function and the corresponding design variables for each basic synthesis problem are gained.

机构最优化综合欲发展成为机构学领域的一个分支,对于体现最优化综合全过程的三个主要方面——数学模型、优化方法及计算机程序——进行统一体系的工作是必须的。笔者试从平面铰链四杆机构运动学最优化综合的目标函数问题始做探讨。 本文以各类运动构件的位移矩阵作为算子、以结构偏差为优化准则提出结构偏差表达式及其函数逼近处理,用它们作为目标函数的构成单元来导出各类基本综合问题的目标函数及相应的设计变量。
