基于版权影响的中美人工智能产业竞争力的调查分析

　　人工智能是一种有可能影响美国的社会,经济和文化发展的新兴技术。人工智能领域的最新进展几乎整合到了社会的各个方面。然而,最引人注目的是技术对创意产业的贡献。人工智能项目已经在书籍,音乐,视觉艺术和软件的创作中起到不可忽视的作用。音乐,电影,出版和软件行业加起来,年收入达数十亿美元,是美国与世界其他地区文化交流的主要来源。版权保护已成为保证创意产业发展和为创作者未来作品提供激励的最重要因素之一。本文采用交叉学科方法确定版权保护对美国人工智能产业的影响,以及它如何影响美国人工智能产业与中国产业（美国在人工智能技术的研究,开发和应用方面的主要竞争对手）之间的竞争力。为实现这一目标需要采取了以下步骤。首先,本文作者对来自美国顶级机构的著名人工智能政策专家,知识产权学者和机器学习科学家进行了两级调查和访谈。其次,与中国领先的AI技术公司——阿里巴巴集团和讯飞——的代表进行全面的半结构访谈。然后,调查最近两个得到版权保护的行业的长期统计数据。最后,就版权保护对新兴产业的影响进行总结。同时使用二手数据用于补充本研究的结果。根据专家意见和统计的二手数据,本文认为版权保护对新兴行业的初期增长影响是有限的。...
