H期货公司营业部组织结构设计研究

【摘要】:近年来,随着期货市场的快速发展,期货公司异军突起,期货公司营业部数量猛增,期货公司之间的竞争异常激烈。目前期货公司之间竞争的关键是人才,吸引人才、留住人才靠得不仅是行业及公司的发展前景,更为重要的是适应当前期货公司发展的组织结构,期货公司营业部作为最直接的业务载体,营业部合理的组织结构是实现期货公司各种战略目标的重中之重。也是提高期货公司核心竞争力的关键之一。H期货公司是一家券商系期货公司,在外部环境发生了复杂变化的情况下,H期货公司提出了新的战略目标,然而H期货公司营业部内部原有的组织结构不能适应当前环境变化、实现战略目标,H期货公司要生存、要发展、要实现战略目标,就必须对营业部内的组织结构进行重新设计。首先,H期货公司要对营业部内的组织结构进行深入剖析,找出阻碍公司发展的症结所在;其次,分析症结产生的原因;再有,结合当前世界上先进的组织结构理论重新设计,明确设计思路;最后要采取相应的管理措施来保证设计方案的成功实施。2014年作为期货行业的创新元年,期货公司也面临在做好原有基础业务的前提下进行多元化经营的挑战和机遇,本文综述了国内外主要组织结构和组织结构设计理论。针对H期货公司当前的情况运用SWOT分析法剖析了H期货公司的内、外部环境因素以及H期货公司内、外部的优势和劣势,通过分析总结出目前H期货公司营业部内组织结构存在的问题及对环境不适应的方面。根据H期货公司对各营业部提出的新形势、新思想、新架构的指导意见,对营业部内部的组织结构进行了有针对性的重新设计。明确了设计方案和新组织结构相应的岗位职责,把优秀人才集中到营业部的关键的增值点。并且比较了新旧两个组织结构设计的特点和作用。制定了有利于新组织结构顺利运营的相关制度,重点是管理规章制度和绩效考核制度。加强内部控制机制,提出相应的内部控制目标和内容。在企业文化建设方面,进一步明确将授权文化、合规文化、执行力文化作为公司的核心建设文化。本文在H期货公司营业部组织结构设计方面的研究对其他期货公司可以起到参考作用,同时对组织结构设计理论的发展具有一定的借鉴和指导意义。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of the futures market, futures companies have suddenly emerged. The number of futures companies' business departments has soared, and the competition between futures companies is extremely fierce. At present, the key to the competition among futures companies is to attract talents. It is not only the development prospects of the industry and the company, but also the organizational structure to adapt to the development of the current futures company. The business department of the futures company is the most direct business carrier. The reasonable organizational structure of the business department is the most important thing in realizing the various strategic objectives of the futures company. It is also one of the keys to improving the core competitiveness of the futures company. H futures company is a futures company in the securities company. Under the circumstances of complex changes in the external environment, the H Futures Company has put forward new strategic objectives. However, the original organizational structure within the business department of the H Futures Company cannot adapt to the changes in the current environment, so the H Futures Company wants to survive in order to achieve the strategic goal. To develop, to achieve the strategic goal, we must redesign the organizational structure in the business department. First, the futures company should make a thorough analysis of the organizational structure in the business department to find out the crux of the development of the company; secondly, Analyze the causes of the crux of the problem, and then, combine with the advanced theory of organization structure in the world to redesign and clarify the design ideas; Finally, we should take corresponding management measures to ensure the successful implementation of the design scheme. In 2014, as the first year of innovation in the futures industry, futures companies are also faced with the challenges and opportunities of diversification under the premise of doing a good job in their original basic business. This paper summarizes the main organizational structure and organizational structure design theory at home and abroad, analyzes the internal and external environmental factors of H futures company and the internal and external advantages and disadvantages of H futures company by using SWOT analysis method in view of the current situation of H futures company. By analyzing and summarizing the problems existing in the organizational structure of the business department of H Futures Company and the aspects not adapted to the environment, according to the guidance of the new situation, new ideas and new structure put forward by H Futures Company to the business departments, The internal organizational structure of the sales department has been redesigned. The corresponding post responsibilities of the design scheme and the new organizational structure have been clarified. Focusing the outstanding talents on the key value-added points of the business department, and comparing the characteristics and functions of the new and the old two organizational structures, and formulating relevant systems conducive to the smooth operation of the new organizational structure, The emphasis is on the management rules and regulations and the performance appraisal system, strengthening the internal control mechanism and putting forward the corresponding internal control objectives and contents. In the construction of enterprise culture, we should further clarify the culture of authorization and compliance, Executive force culture is the core construction culture of the company. The research on the organizational structure design of the business department of H Futures Company can be used as a reference for other futures companies. At the same time, the development of organizational structure design theory has a certain reference and guidance significance.
