Effects of Salinity on Photosynthetic Traits, Ion Homeostasi

  了解作物对盐胁迫的生理生化反应有助于提高作物生长性能,增加作物产量。在本研究中,我们研究了不同类型盐胁迫下野大豆和栽培大豆幼苗的生长、光合作用参数、离子浓度以及参与氮同化相关酶活性的变化。研究结果显示,两种类型盐胁迫均会对野大豆和栽培大豆的生长和代谢产生不利影响。生长和光合参数随盐浓度的增加而显著降低。此外,根部钠(Na+)和氯(Cl-)浓度显著增加。然而,在中性盐和碱性盐胁迫下,野大豆光合性能以及离子调控能力显著高于栽培大豆.在野大豆和栽培大豆幼苗叶片中,硝酸还原酶(NR)活性和谷氨酰胺合成酶/谷氨酰胺氧谷氨酸氨基转移酶(GS/GOGAT)循环均显呈下降趋势。而胺化谷氨酸脱氢酶(NADH-GDH,谷氨酸脱氢酶(NAD+-GDH,丙氨酸氨基转移酶(AlaAT)以及天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AspAT)的活性显著增加。总之,与野大豆相比,栽培大豆的生长,光合作用,离子调节和氮同化酶的下降幅度更大。栽培大豆对盐胁迫更加敏感,碱性盐胁迫的影响高于中性盐胁迫。野生大豆具有更好的光合作用调节机制和硝酸盐同化机制。本研究结果能够为野大豆种...
