从北美早期劳动力的不足看黑人奴隶出现的必然

【摘要】：北美的奴隶制和以往的奴隶制有很多不同的地方,其中最大的不同莫过于它是一种欧洲白人对非洲黑人的奴役,从而使得北美奴隶制和种族问题牢牢系在一起。其实,在北美早期,黑人奴隶出现之前,人们就尝试过使用欧洲的白人契约奴和美洲当地的印第安人来解决当时拓殖过程中所需要的大量劳动力。本文试图通过探讨这两类人作为劳动力的种种不适和不妥,揭示黑人奴隶出现的必然。
[Abstract]:There are many differences between slavery in North America and slavery in the past, the greatest of which is that it is a kind of European white slavery to African blacks. Thus, slavery and race in North America were firmly linked. In fact, in the early days of North America, before the emergence of black slaves. People have tried to use European white indentured slaves and Native American Indians to deal with the large amount of labor needed during the colonization process.
