【摘要】：1941年11月4日侵华日军在湖南常德实施的细菌战,是一次有中、俄、美、日各时期、各方面史料证实的,由日本大本营参谋本部策划并指令关东军731部队和南京中国派遣军"荣"1644部队联合实施的一次细菌战犯罪,它造成中国和平居民7643人死亡。
[Abstract]:The bacteriological warfare carried out by the Japanese invading China in Changde, Hunan Province in November 4th 1941, was confirmed by historical data from all aspects of China, Russia, the United States and Japan. A bacteriological warfare crime was jointly carried out by the headquarters of Japanese staff headquarters and directed by Guandong Army 731 and Nanjing Chinese Army Rong 1644, which resulted in the death of 7643 peaceful residents in China.
