【摘要】：赫鲁晓夫执政时期发生了多起社会骚乱,新切尔卡斯克事件是规模最大的一次。1962年6月1日,苏联政府提高食品价格的消息引发新切尔卡斯克市工人大罢工。该事件不是官方定性的"流氓刑事犯罪分子组织的土匪行动",而是"工人自发性请愿运动"。这一事件对苏联历史影响巨大,它是苏联政府解决民生问题的转折点,也促使国家加强了对社会的管理力度,还使民心发生了转向。
[Abstract]:During Khrushchev's reign, there were social riots, the largest in New Chercask. On June 1, 1962, the Soviet government raised food prices and triggered a strike by workers in New Chercasque. The incident was not officially defined as "banditry by rogue criminal groups", but rather as a "spontaneous petition by workers." This event had a great impact on the history of the Soviet Union. It was a turning point for the Soviet government to solve the livelihood of the people.
