《甘肃省公路航空旅游投资集团（白俄罗斯）有限公司章程》英译汉实践报告

随着中外交流贸易互往频繁,越来越多的中国企业在国外建立分公司,为了让投资者准确地了解公司的运转机制,因此公司章程翻译的重要性不言而喻。本次实践报告的原文选自于《甘肃省公路航空旅游投资集团(白俄罗斯)有限公司章程》。公司章程属于法律文本,语言风格正式,根据纽马克文本类型理论总结出本文为信息型文本为主,表达型文本为辅,因此在解决翻译过程遇到的词汇、句法和篇章层面的问题,采用了语义翻译和交际翻译的方法。在词汇方面,确保专业术语的准确性,同时进行词性转换,让译文更加流畅;在句法层面,采用转换、拆分和重组等翻译技巧,解决长难句和被动句的问题;在语篇层面,采用增译、减译等翻译技巧,达到衔接和连贯的目的,提高译文的流畅性。本翻译实践报告从纽马克的文本类型理论角度出发,运用了交际翻译和语义翻译方法,不仅对文本进行了详细的分析,而且对今后公司章程翻译方面需做的工作进行了总结和反思,如对纽马克文本类型理论在公司章程翻译中的具体运用、法律知识的掌握以及专业翻译软件的运用。最后,译者通过本翻译实践报告,总结了在公司章程方面获得的经验,希望能为今后类似的文本翻译提供参考和帮助。
