词汇深度和广度与大学英语专业学生听力理解的相关性研究

　　近二十年来,词汇深度和广度一直是学习者语言运用能力研究的热点,但词汇知识的研究却局限于与阅读能力的关联,而词汇知识的深度和广度在二语听力理解中所起的作用一直还有待研究。为此,本研究旨在研究英语作为外语的词汇知识与听力理解之间的相关性;与此同时,指出词汇知识的何种维度能够更好的预测二语学习者的听力理解能力。此外,本篇论文也试图探讨高低听力理解水平的学生在词汇深度和词汇广度测试上的表现差异。据此本文将研究以下问题:（1）词汇广度知识、词汇深度知识与听力理解水平之间存在什么样的相关关系?（2）词汇广度知识、词汇深度知识多大程度上可以用来预测二语学习者的听力理解水平?哪一种维度的预测性更高?（3）高水平组和低水平组的学生在词汇知识测试中表现有何差异?为此本研究对来自河北省某大学的83名大二英语专业学生进行了包括词汇量测试、词汇深度测试和英语专业四级听力理解测试在内的三项测试以及随之进行的半结构式访谈。本研究采用了两种研究方法收集数据:定量研究方法和定性研究方法;其中定量研究为SPSS 17.0中的相关性分析和多元回归分析,定性研究为对半结构性访谈所转译文本的分析。通过数据的收集和分析,本文得出...
