《中国海洋经济发展“十三五”规划》（节选）英译实践报告

　　海洋经济是中国经济的重要组成部分,对我国经济的长远发展具有重要影响。为促进海洋经济的发展,国家出台多项激励海洋经济发展政策。2017年5月,在“十二五”规划取得圆满成功之际,由国家发改委发布的《全国海洋经济发展“十三五”规划》探究了中国海洋经济面临的机遇与挑战,进一步凸显了海洋经济对中国经济发展的重要战略地位。作者选择该规划的前四部分作为翻译实践的对象,并在翻译实践的基础上完成了本实践报告。报告主要涵盖任务介绍、任务描述、过程描述、案例分析和结论等组成部分。报告首先介绍了翻译任务的背景、目的和意义;然后进行了任务描述,对原文本内容以及目标读者进行了详细介绍;接下来是翻译过程描述,介绍了译前准备工作、翻译过程和译文质量控制的各个环节;作为报告的重点部分,案例分析分别从词汇、句子、语篇三个层面对翻译实践过程中遇到的难点做了深刻的剖析,并在功能对等翻译理论指导下提出了相应的对策,力求实现译文读者对译文的反应与原文读者对原文的反应相一致。最后,作者对报告内容,研究发现以及本报告的局限性做出了总结。通过该翻译实践及其报告的写作,作者基本掌握了我国海洋经济文本独特的文体特点,发现文中采用了大量的行...
