生态学视域下高中英语教师信息素养发展的调查研究

  2010年,《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》指出信息技术对教育发展具有革命性的影响,而外语教学则更需要信息技术的保障。这就要求英语教师具备较强的信息素养。张佳楠(2018)指出,国内外诸多学者已经展开教师信息素养的相关研究,但其大部分研究对象指向大学教师,针对高中英语教师信息素养的研究相对较少。除此之外,鲜有研究从生态学视角对教师信息素养进行分析与研究。本文结合生态学视角对高中英语教师的信息素养发展情况展开调查,将为今后研究英语教师信息素养提供实证依据。本研究以来自包头市三种不同水平高中的103名英语教师为研究对象,通过问卷和访谈收集数据,旨在回答如下三个问题:1.高中英语教师信息素养整体现状如何?2.影响高中英语教师信息素养的因素有哪些?3.高中英语教师运用哪些途径发展其信息素养?并运用SPSS 25.0对问卷数据进行了分析。从三种不同水平高中各抽取两名共6名英语教师实施了访谈,并对访谈数据进行了详细分析。研究结果表明:1.高中英语教师整体信息素养水平较低,其总体均值为3.76。其中,信息技术教学意识较高(M=3.95),而信息技术教学知识和能力较低(M=...
