英汉交替传译中口译学员的自我修正

  人说话时会犯错,但错误也会被发现和修正,体现了说话人对言语产出中问题的监控。在口译中,自我修正则能揭示产出中的问题以及译员遇到问题后的决策过程。本文结合Levelt的言语产出模型和回溯性访谈,探究英译汉交传中的自我修正现象,对14名口译学员的207处自我修正进行分析,总结口译学员自我修正的特点,以及口译过程引起自我修正的问题诱因,为译员提升产出表现提供针对性的建议。本研究发现口译学员最常使用错误修正和不同信息修正,同时也会使用恰当性修正来提升产出的连贯性和地道性。问题诱因则体现三个方面:在输入型诱因中,译员因笔记读取低效和注意力分散,导致语信计划出错或不充分,出现较多信息否决和信息插入修正;在输出型诱因中,译员因语义处理及句法构建能力不足,导致较多词汇错误修正及信息重构修正;在译员型诱因中,译员因背景知识及双语转换能力欠缺,导致词汇错误修正失败,及产生不必要的精确性恰当修正。
