高中英语实习教师信念变化的个案研究

  本研究以中国新手实习英语教师为研究对象,通过案例研究的方法,对不同高中职前英语教师在实习期间的信念变化进行了研究。本研究采用访谈和实习日记的方式收集数据。实习前研究者对研究对象进行访谈,了解实习前教师的信念,实习结束后研究者对研究对象进行访谈,了解教师信念的变化。实习日记作为研究内容的一部分,也是分析教师信念变化原因的重要研究工具。在本文中,研究者试图解决以下几个问题。第一,实习英语教师的信念是否会发生变化?第二,如果发生变化,实习英语教师的信念变化主要会集中在哪几个方面?第三,实习英语教师的信念将如何改变?第四,导致实习英语教师信念转变的原因是什么?本文将以教师认知与社会建构主义为理论基础,探讨教育实习对职前高中英语教师信念的影响。本文共涉及三个研究对象,教师A为英语教育专业研究生,教师B为英语文学类研究生,教师C为英语教育专业本科生。三个研究对象分别有不同的学习与工作背景。研究者将会在分析三个研究对象的个性的基础上找出信念变化的共性,并分析信念变化现象的成因。本文以教师日志以及访谈作为研究工具,收集了大量的信息并在此基础上加以分析。通过对所得数据的分析,结果表明:首先,实习结束后本...
