小说《傲慢与偏见》中人物对话的社会语境与态度分析

　　评价理论是在二十世纪九十年代初由James R．Martin在系统功能语言学的框架里发展起来的。评价理论以赋值语义为中心，研究作者／说话者如何与持相同观点者联合，与持不同观点者保持距离。评价理论包括三大次系统：态度、介入和级差。本文主要应用态度系统分析小说《傲慢与偏见》中主人公伊丽莎白与达西的对话，从而揭示两者的情感转变过程。 本文首先介绍了小说中的话语交流层次。小说中人物的对话位于话语交流的最底层，是人物交流的主要手段。人物之间可以通过对话传递信息，同时，对话中也暗含着对话人对对方的态度。其次，笔者从社会语境和态度系统两方面对《傲慢与偏见》中的三段对话进行分析。从社会语境角度的分析是从宏观上对小说的梳理，包括从语场、语旨和语势三个方面的分析。三段对话的态度分析是本文的主体。态度系统的三个子系统（情感、判断和鉴赏）是分析态度的主要工具。 通过对三段对话在词汇层面上的分析，笔者发现伊丽莎白和达西之间的情感转变过程经历了不理解、相互理解，相互欣赏直至坠入爱河。同时我们发现，评价理论，尤其是态度系统，对理解和欣赏文学语篇有很大的帮助，从而为文学语篇的理解和欣赏提供了新的视角。
