对中国医患对话中模糊限制语的语用研究

模糊限制语广泛应用于口头交流和书面交流中,其所具有不能被精确语言所取代的独特特征,使越来越多人喜欢使用模糊限制语来传递信息。恰当地使用模糊限制语可以增强语言交际效果,使语言表达更客观、准确、有礼貌,从而有助于交际双方保持良好的人际关系并成功实现交际目标。近年来对模糊限制语的研究成为热点,但是有关医院这一特定环境中医生和病人之间使用模糊限制语的研究相对较少。当今社会医生和病人之间由于语言的误用而产生的冲突时有发生,致使医患关系相当紧张,也影响到疾病的治疗效果。本论文探究医生和病人在交际中使用模糊限制语的情况,通过使用语用原则来分析模糊限制语的使用,来讨论模糊限制语是否是一种有效的交际策略,并能避免医患双方的误解,从而顺利完成医疗诊断过程。本论文主要研究了下面四个问题: 1)医生和病人使用的模糊限制语是否存在相似与差异?如何表现以及为什么? 2)中国医患对话中模糊限制语具有哪些功能? 3)中国医患对话中每类模糊限制语使用的频率是多少? 4)在中国医患对话中,是否不论医生和病人,在模糊限制语使用上都是女性使用较多?如何表现以及为什么? 在收集的洛阳市第一人民医院录音及问卷材料的基础上使用合作...
