英汉愉悦情感语义表征的比较研究

愉悦情感,作为人类的基本情感之一,反映了人们愉悦欢乐的内心感受。由于其抽象性,人们在表达这一情感时总是将其概念化。本文试图从认知语言学的角度,对英汉愉悦情感（happiness）的表达进行比较研究,以期找出英汉两种语言中愉悦情感语义表征的异同及其背后的认知理据。本文选取出英汉语中具有代表性的愉悦情感的修辞性表达,旨在探讨以下四个问题:（1）英汉语中愉悦情感是如何语义表征的?（2）英汉语中愉悦情感的语义表征有哪些相似性?（3）英汉语中愉悦情感的语义表征有哪些差异性?（4）这些相似性和差异性背后的认知理据是什么?运用概念隐喻和概念转喻理论,本文对英汉愉悦情感源域和目标域的映射关系进行分析,得出以下结论:（1）英汉两民族中,人们不仅运用隐喻或转喻语义表征愉悦情感,隐喻和转喻还时常交织出现在同一表达中。英汉愉悦情感的语义表征根据源域的不同大致可分为两类:基于空间维度及身体感觉和状态的语义表征。（2）基于空间维度,英汉共享的认知模式主要有“愉悦是向上”以及“愉悦是容器中的液体”;基于身体感觉和状态,英汉共享的认知模式主要有“愉悦是光”,“愉悦是好天气”,“面部表情表达愉悦”以及“行为反应表达愉悦...
