Treg/Th17比率与肥胖和2型糖尿病肾病的关系

  背景2010年全球约有2.85亿人患有糖尿病,预计到2030年糖尿病患病人数将增加至4.39亿,相当于全球7.7%的20-49岁成年人的数量,大约90%的糖尿病为2型糖尿病。2型糖尿病的高血糖状态会导致血管、神经及器官的损伤。尽管中度的血糖升高不会使机体出现任何症状,但长期的高血糖会损伤机体,导致糖尿病并发症,如心脑血管疾病、神经损伤、糖尿病视网膜病变、糖尿病肾病等。如果肾脏小血管堵塞,空隙增大,肾脏的生理功能就会出现损害。传统观点认为,代谢和血液因素是引起糖尿病肾病的主要因素,新的研究显示,炎症在糖尿病肾病的进展中发挥重要作用,T细胞可能参与糖尿病肾病的发生和发展。CD4+辅助T细胞(Th)在调节免疫反应中发挥重要作用,最近有研究显示,除了Th1/Th2失衡以外,Th17/Treg失衡在一些自身免疫病、炎症性疾病和代谢性疾病如2型糖尿病中发挥重要作用。肥胖是已知的导致2型糖尿病进展的主要危险因素之一,而且肥胖与低度炎症相关。目的探讨2型糖尿病病人肥胖和是否存在Th17/Treg失衡及其与促炎因子和抗炎因子的相关性。研究设计本研究招募110名2型糖尿病病人,以尿白蛋白/肌酐比率(UCA...
