高考英语（NMET）与欧洲语言共同参考框架（CEFR）的匹配研究

【摘要】：本论文旨在研究高考英语(NMET)与欧洲语言共同参考框架(CEFR)之间的匹配关系。本次小型研究主要针对高考英语测试中的听力和阅读部分客观题开展调查和研究(以2015年江西卷,即全国卷Ⅰ为例),并提供论据证明高考英语听力和阅读测试的难度水平等级介于欧洲语言共同参考框架A2与B1等级之间。本研究参照欧洲理事会语言政策部门出版的CEFR连接手册中所规定的四个步骤(即熟悉欧洲语言共同参考框架、分析测验内容、试题标准设定、实证效度研究),来判断高考英语听力和阅读对应的框架等级。首先,研究者对欧洲语言共同参考框架的熟悉程度在第一阶段通过各种活动反复检查,以确保整个研究过程可靠可信。在第二阶段,研究者参照欧洲语言共同参考框架能力指标和分析构架分析测验内容,初步确定了高考英语听力和阅读对应的欧洲语言共同参考框架等级。在标准设定阶段,研究人员经过讨论后,决定采用“投篮法”进一步判断了试题的对应等级并确定了临界分数线。在最后的实证效度验证阶段,通过比较分析受试者在高考英语听力测试与托福听力测试中的成绩以及受试者对自身英语水平的评估,进一步验证了前两阶段所得出的等级匹配结果。
