初中新手型和专家型英语教师职业认同对比研究

  多年来,第二语言教育研究领域的重心主要为语言学习者,而教师研究一直处于从属地位。从上个世纪八十年代开始,学者们逐渐意识到教师在二语教学中的重要作用,并开始了相关理论的探讨。进入二十一世纪,中国教育改革的步伐不断加快,关于教师职业认同也备受瞩目。近几年,随着国家对教育领域重视程度提高,一系列新的政策随之出台。与此同时,初中英语学科在基础教育中地位也有所提高,因此对于初中英语教师职业认同的研究也成为热点话题。到目前为止,学者们主要研究农村小学英语教师,初中英语教师,高中英语教师,以及免费师范生的职业认同较多,并且这些研究大多都采用了定量研究,主要以问卷为主。研究试图用定量与定性相结合的办法,对初中新手型和专家型英语教师的职业认同进行对比研究,并找出其相同和不同之处以及主要的影响因素。作者主要从六个维度对专家型和新手型教师进行对比,即教师对职业的理解、职业情感、职业期望、职业归属感、职业价值和职业意志,并回答以下的三个问题:(1)初中英语新手型和专家型教师的职业认同现状是什么样的?(2)初中英语新手型和专家型教师的职业认同有没有不同之处?如果有,主要在哪些方面有不同?(3)影响初中新手型和专...
