网友12344近日为您收集整理了关于幼儿园教师音乐素养的构成研究及其启示的文档,希望对您的工作和学习有所帮助。以下是文档介绍:幼儿园教师音乐素养的构成研究及其启示THE STUDY ON THE ES SENTIAL QUALITY INⅣfUSICIANSHIP OF KINDERGARTEN TEACHERS——THE CONSTITUTION AND INSPIRATl0N作者姓名:孙晨燕BY:Sun Chenyan指导教师:秦元东副教授Supervised BY:Associate Professor Qin Yuandong申请学位级别:教育学硕士ACADEMIC DEGREE APPLIED FOR:Master Degree of Pedagogy学科(专业):学前教育学SPECTTY:Preschool education浙江师范大学杭州幼)LOB范学院Hangzhou Teacher’S College of Preschool Education ofZhej iang Normal University二零一零年五月十日MAY 1 0,201 0r幼儿园教师音乐素养的构成研究及其启示摘要幼儿园教师作为幼儿教育的主要指导者和直接影响者,是幼儿艺术教育价值实现的最主要影响因素。但当前大部分幼儿园教师在幼儿园音乐教学活动中,就瞬间出现的教育契机,立即做出判断并提出相应的教学措施,真正促进幼儿的发展还是具有一定难度的,也就是说目前幼儿园教师所具备的音乐素养和现今幼儿园音乐活动目标之间存在着较大差距。因此,笔者通过对相关文献的梳理总结,对幼儿园教师音乐素养应具有的要素进行了深入细致地探讨。本研究首先从已有文献中就个人音乐素养的构成、中小学音乐教师音乐素养的构成要素,以及幼儿园教师音乐素养研究现状进行充分阐释分析的基础上,由此推导出幼儿园教师音乐素养体系的两大构成要素。基于此,选取一套幼儿园活动设计教材,以此为依据分析阐述幼儿园教师音乐素养构成要素的具体内容。同时,紧扣前文中笔者所推导出的幼儿园教师应给予达到音乐素养中具体要素要求,分析了一整套对学前教育学专业学生进行音乐教学教材的选编特点,’窥探出为储备未来幼儿园教师的音乐教学的侧重点。最后,笔者对提升幼儿园教师音乐素养所做的设想,可以从明确学前教育学专业职前培养中的音乐教学目标,音乐教材的编写提出有针对性的建议,并对幼儿园教师音乐素养实现的条件应能充实自身的教育素养等三个角度进行分析阐述。关键词:幼儿园教师;音乐素养;构成要素rTHE STUDY ON THE ES SENTIAL QUALITY INⅣrUSICIANSHIP 0F KINDERGARTEN TEACHERSTHE CONSTITUTION AND INSPIRATIONABSTRACTAs infant education’S main instructors and direct influencers,kindergartenteachers are the foremost effect factors that help to realize the value of infant artseducation.HoweveL the majority of kindergarten teachers have some difficulties incapturing the educational opportunities which appear instantaneously in musicactivities in kindergartens,working out appropriate judgments immediately,andpromoting infants’development.Thus,there is a wide gap between musicianshipthat kindergarten teachers must have to confront and target of music activities.Therefore,the author has probed deeply into ponents of kindergartenteachers’musicianship,according to documentation and text analyzing.First of all,this study derives two inscapes of kindergarten teachers’musicianship system based on analyzing the formation of perSonal musicianship.inscape of primary and secondary school music teachers’literacy,and research ofkindergarten teachers’musicianship.For one thing,kindergarten teachers must graspmusical knowledge and skills.For another thing,kindergarten teachers must haveability to articulate music.Therefore,the study selects akindergarten teaching activematerial and elaborates the specific content of kindergarten teachers’musicianshipby analyzing the text of musical.activities in the teaching material.Meanwhile,thestudy analyzes the teaching material’features of professional students’musicalteaching,and pries out the focus of the future kindergarten teachers’musicalteaching.Finally the study puts forward the ideas about exalting kindergartenteachers’musicianship including three aspects.Firstly,it is clearly that musicHrteaching orientation of preschool education in pre—professional training.Secondly,strengthen and improve the application of preschool music teaching professionalpreparation.Thirdly,ensu
