多模态教学在高中英语阅读教学中的应用研究

  鉴于新媒体时代多模态识读能力日趋重要,普通高中英语课程标准(2017版)在语言技能中增加了“看”的技能。“看”通常指利用多模态语篇中的图形、表格、动画、符号以及视频等理解意义的技能。国内关于此方面的研究仍处在萌芽阶段且仅局限于对国外先进理论的介绍。本研究主要围绕以下两个问题:(1)多模态英语教学对学生阅读技能有何影响?(2)在多模态教学模式影响下学生对阅读学习的态度有哪些变化?本论文着重探讨基于多模态话语分析理论下的多模态教学模式对学生阅读能力的影响以及在实施这种新的教学模式后学生对阅读的态度。本研究采用的工具有测试、问卷、访谈和课堂观察。在一个学期的教学实验之后,为了检测多模态阅读教学对学生阅读技能的影响,实验班和控制班的学生都被要求参加后测。在后测之后,作者通过SPSS 20.0软件分析,从教学实验中收集的数据来对比两种不同的阅读教学方法对学生阅读能力影响的教学效果。研究结果显示通过具体课堂实践,发现多模态教学方式更加灵活、教学内容更加直观、教学策略更加高效、学生参与性更高、文化意识渗透更加明显,更符合2017版新课程标准中提升学生综合语言运用能力和提升学生英语核心素养的要求。然而...
