基于教师专业标准的农村小学英语教师专业发展的调查研究

  随着教育改革的不断深入,农村地区基础英语教育发展的情况受到广泛关注,农村小学英语教师的专业发展水平直接影响着农村小学的英语教学质量。国家需要一支具备高品质的农村教育队伍。虽然国家加大了对农村小学英语教师的培训力度,但是由于小学英语教师处于教育体系的基层,话语权有限,使得国家对农村小学英语教师的发展现状以及教师想法缺乏认知途径,这导致了目前的农村教师的专业发展水平却远远不能满足教育发展的需要。本研究旨在根据教师专业标准的三个维度(专业理念与师德,专业知识,专业能力)为基础,提出了两个研究问题:1、辽宁省新宾县农村小学英语教师的专业发展现状是怎样的?2、农村小学英语教师是如何看待自身的专业发展的?对于第二个研究问题分解出两个子问题:新宾县小学英语教师的专业发展困境有哪些?新宾县小学英语教师更期待哪种或哪几种专业发展途径?通过问卷调查法,对辽宁省新宾县各小学72名英语教师进行了调查。问卷收集完成后,研究者将对有效问卷进行整理,并借助计算机进行数据分析。并且采用访谈法对其中6名教师进行深入访谈,并根据教学经验进行选择。结果如下,从教师专业发展现状来看,农村小学英语教师专业发展现状不容乐观。教师...
