高中英语教师的学科教学知识调查研究

  越来越多的国内外学者关注学科教学知识研究,使之成为一个研究热点,同时也为教师教育的研究提供了一个新的视角。通过对文献的回顾,笔者发现国内对于高中英语教师的学科教学知识的研究并不是很丰富,且以往的实证研究主要是从个案研究或基于课堂实践的研究入手。本研究对高中英语教师的学科教学知识现状及影响因素等方面进行深入研究。本研究以问卷的方式调查了江西省不同市县的102位高中英语教师,所用问卷改编自Jang(2009)文献中的问卷。另外他们中的6位教师参加了访谈。收集数据后,本研究使用SPSS软件对问卷进行数据分析,并且对访谈结果进行处理,最后得出了以下结论:首先,高中英语教师在学科教学知识总体情况较为良好,按照平均分从高到低依次为:学生知识,教学内容组织知识,自我反思知识,教学情景知识,教学目标知识。其次,造成高中英语教师学科教学知识现状的原因如下:教师对于主动学习课程标准的意识不足并且教师归纳错误的能力不足;教师的教学理念过于传统,并且对各种课型的把握不够;教师没有形成定期反思的习惯,学校没有对教师反思做出要求。最后,在五个因素中,有两个因素对高中英语教师的学科教学知识有影响,它们是教师的教龄,...
