初中生情绪与工作记忆容量和英语阅读理解关系的实证研究

  近年来,受心理学的影响,在二语习得领域有不少研究者开始关注工作记忆的功能和情绪的作用,从心理语言学的角度探讨二语学习者的认知和心理过程。据认知心理学领域的研究成果显示,无论是学习者个人的情绪状态还是学习材料中蕴含的情绪成分,都会在一定程度上影响学习者的工作记忆。同时,大量实证研究表明,工作记忆对语言学习的各方面也有一定影响,例如阅读理解。但少有研究把情绪、工作记忆与语言学习三者结合起来。阅读理解作为一项复杂的认知活动,必然受到工作记忆与情绪的多方面影响。本文旨在二语学习环境下探讨情绪,工作记忆和英语阅读理解三者之间的关系。本研究包含自变量“情绪”、中介变量“工作记忆容量”和因变量“英语阅读理解”共三个变量。1)情绪包含积极情绪、消极情绪和中性情绪三个不同水平;2)被试工作记忆容量包含两个水平,诱导情绪前的工作记忆容量,即基线水平,和诱导情绪后的工作记忆容量;3)英语阅读理解包含三个水平,即高水平阅读组,中水平阅读组,和低水平阅读组。研究依次探究并分析了1)不同情绪状态对被试工作记忆容量的影响;2)不同情绪状态对被试英语阅读理解成绩的影响;3)工作记忆容量与英语阅读理解成绩之间的关系;4...
