评价理论视角下中美新闻话语关于中国极端天气的态度资源对比分析

　　极端天气是某一地区在一定时间内发生的一种罕见的气象事件,其发生概率通常小于5%或10%。极端天气可分为极端高温、极端干旱和强降雨等。文献回顾表明,从语言学的角度研究极端天气是罕见的。本文是关于中国极端天气新闻语篇中态度资源的比较研究。为了揭示中美新闻语篇关于中国极端天气态度资源的异同,本文选取了 2011年1月1日至2017年1月1日期间《中国日报》和《华盛顿邮报》关于中国四种极端天气的新闻报道。本文的研究问题如下:(1)中美新闻语篇关于中国极端天气的态度资源有什么特征和相似之处?(2)中美新闻语篇关于中国极端天气的态度资源有何差异?如果有,分别有哪些?本研究对所收集的数据进行了定量分析与定性分析。首先,根据选定的中国极端天气新闻报道建立了一个小型语料库。然后,采用UAM Corpus Tool 3.3对语料进行标注和统计,以确定态度资源在中美新闻语篇中出现的频次和百分比。最后,结合具体实例分析了中美新闻报道中极端天气态度资源的异同。本研究的主要发现如下:(1)中美新闻语篇关于中国极端天气在态度资源分布上具有以下三个特征和相似之处。首先,中美新闻语篇中存在大量的态度资源。态度资源在中国...
