教师课堂英汉语码转换的顺应性研究

【摘要】： 本文从语用学的角度来分析教师课堂英汉语码转换这一语言现象，重点在于详细探讨其中的语用顺应性。从方法上讲，本研究综合运用定性和定量的研究方法以较为全面和详实地分析这一现象。 本研究在Jef Verschueren (1999)“语言顺应论”的基础上，运用于国栋提出的语码转换的顺应性模式(2001)来分析教师课堂英汉语码转换的现象。 具体地讲，教师在课堂中使用语码转换是为了顺应，从而实现或接近某个或某些具体的教学目的而采用的一种策略。首先，教师的语码转换是对语言现实的顺应(英汉语意范围的差异等)；第二，教师的语码转换是对教师角色的顺应，包括对教师“宏观角色”和“微观角色”的顺应；教师在整个社会中始终充当为人师表、受人尊重的社会形象，尤其在课堂中他们的言行举止必将受到社会文化的制约和影响，，语码转换正是为顺应教师这一“宏观角色”而使用的一种策略。除了“宏观角色”之外，教师在课堂中还充当各种不同的“微观角色”，如组织者、管理者和促使者等。教师的语码转换也是为了顺应在具体的课堂语境中教师“微观角色”的变化。第三，对教师心理动机的顺应是教师语码转换的另一个深刻原因，因为在课堂教学和交际中，教师往往都有一定的目的和意图要去实现。 教师的语码转换具有一定的语用功能并且会对学生的语言学习产生一定的影响，因此，本论文运用定量研究的方法，通过问卷来调查学生对教师的英汉语码转换所持的态度和看法，并在此基础上加以分析讨论。
