评价理论视角下的社区矫正说服研究

  作为新兴恢复性司法方式,社区矫正在当今中国司法体系中扮演的角色越来越重要。在社区矫正语境中,说服是一种重要的实现受矫人员思想态度转变的语言方式。为了达到此目的,社工和受矫人员都将评价资源应用于说服之中。本论文试探索在社区矫正中初始评估、个案谈话以及思想报告阶段的说服所应用的评价资源,分析评价资源如何在说服过程中发挥作用,以期为中国的社区矫正发展做出贡献。本研究致力于说服双方的评价资源使用情况,旨在回答以下研究问题:(1)双方在对话中使用了什么评价资源以达到说服目的?(2)评价资源如何实现双方间的说服?本文将社会心理学中说服概念与语言学中评价理论相结合,并将其引入社区矫正语境之中,形成了一套适用于本文分析目的的理论框架。本文一方面使用了韩礼德的系统功能语言学研究范式,从语境深入到语篇,通过在词汇语法层面的具体实现形式,考察在语篇语义层面上的评价意义,另一方面使用了社会心理学及传播学中的说服理论,来分析社区矫正中说服的实现。通过分析收集的21份经录音转写而成的文本语篇,本文结合词汇语篇实现方式从语篇语义层面研究了社区矫正中说服的达成。结果显示社工和受矫人员都在语篇中运用了大量评价资源,用以...
