近年中国政府工作报告的批评性话语分析

政治话语的批评分析着眼于揭示话语背后隐藏的意识形态因素,对准确理解社会政治文化、把握主流意识形态具有着重要的现实意义。本文以近年来中国政府工作报告为研究对象,旨在对现阶段中国政府的政治话语进行批评性分析,尝试研究话语中隐含的社会文化和意识形态因素。基于弗尔克拉夫的话语分析三维模式,本文主要从文本分析、话语实践过程的解释以及话语社会实践的阐释三个维度展丌研究。从历年来中国政府工作报告的词汇共现特点出发,本文认为中国政府的政治话语自新中国成立以来主要表现为三大类型：革命型话语（1954年至1977年）,建设型话语（1978年至2003年）以及和谐型话语（2004年至今）。依据这一划分,本文对温家宝当选总理以来新一届中国政府的年度工作报告进行宏观文本描述和微观语法研究两个角度的文本分析,指出当前中国政府政治话语的和谐、务实、亲民特点,并深入挖掘和谐型话语背后的社会文化和意识形态因素。对话语实践过程的解释表明,和谐型话语的形成是近年来政府在起草报告过程中保留其权威性的同时融合了时代精神元素以保证报告的广泛宣传和有效理解的结果。作为一种话语社会实践,和谐型话语的最终形成是政府在新时期新形势下解决...
