基于英语阅读课堂的教师提问类型促进高中生批判性思维的行动研究

《普通高中英语课程标准(2017年版)》中提出,要发展学生的语言能力、文化意识、思维品质和学习能力等英语学科核心素养。其中,对学生思维品质的培养就包括了批判性思维的养成。随着对发展思维品质的强调,学生批判性思维的培养也越来越受关注。学生的批判性思维能力在综合能力中也发挥着日益明显的作用。教师课堂提问,尤其是高认知水平问题的提问对学生的批判性思维有一定的影响。但是,根据高中英语阅读课堂中教师提问的现状可以发现,教师高认知水平问题的提问数量偏少,不利于促进学生批判性思维的培养。教师提问作为重要的教学手段之一,在高中英语阅读课堂中,对于激发学生学习英语的积极性、创造性以及促进学生思考都非常重要。而且,通过提问来培养学生的批判性思维也是英语教学的重要途径和任务之一。因此,在高中英语阅读课堂中尝试通过教师提问的方法来培养学生的批判性思维具有十分重要的意义。本研究将语言教学和批判性思维能力的培养结合在一起。基于目前教师在阅读课堂上不同类型问题的提问情况以及学生批判性思维的现状,作者试图探讨是否能通过不同的教师提问类型以培养学生的批判性思维。本研究在广东省广州市某高中的一个高一普通班的40名学生中进...
