成型过程中玻璃纤维经编无屈曲织物的剪切及适形行为分析与表征

  本文研究了适形过程中织物变形的主要机理。研究对象为采用玻璃纤维粗纱多方向多层排列而形成的多轴向经编结构织物。实验方法采用单轴偏置拉伸法(UBE)和相框固定拉伸法对织物的剪切行为进行了实验表征,同时采用双圆顶冲压结构装置对织物的适形行为进行了测试。课题中的实验织物由常州宏发纵横新材料科技股份有限公司(PGTEX)提供,织物结构为经编无屈曲织物(WKNCFs)。此外,为了研究相关织物的剪切和适形悬垂性能,搭建并制备了两种实验装置,即用于平面内剪切测试的相框固定装置和用于织物悬垂研究的双圆顶冲压组件。为了比较具有较高面密度织物的剪切性能,基于偏轴拉伸实验表征了织物在平面内的剪切刚度模量。为了表征织物的剪切性能,建立了面内剪切刚度模量作为剪切角的函数的应力方程。此外,分析了织物中捆绑线花型对剪切行为的影响,实验结果发现,具有经平捆绑线结构的单轴向经编织物(UD)和0/90°双轴向(LT)织物的剪切力变化具有相同的趋势。但是,剪切力的差值取决于这两种织物的两层之间的重量分布。单轴向织物的剪切力较高,原因为主要重量来自于单向一层纱线;而双轴向织物的剪切力较低,原因为织物每层纱线几乎重量相等。在捆绑...
