汉语直接请求行为中的礼貌策略研究

  请求,是日常生活中常见的一种行为。截至目前,很多研究者已经对请求策略和影响因素进行了探讨。其中,大多数研究者聚焦于请求策略的宏观层面,即请求策略的直(间)接程度。同时,很多研究者赞同Brown&Levinson(1978,1987)的主张,认为挽救面子是驱动人们礼貌地发出请求的主要因素。然而,这些研究有其不足之处。首先,只关注宏观层面的请求策略无法全面揭示中国语境下的请求机制。有学者做出解释指出,在中国,若仅从宏观层面来看,很多人倾向使用直接请求策略,然而,这并不代表中国人粗鲁、不懂礼貌。实际上,在中国,人们常常用各种各样的礼貌策略来修饰这些直接请求。然而,很少有学者对这些微观的礼貌策略进行系统地研究。其次,当探讨人们在请求话语中使用礼貌策略的深层原因时,研究者往往过分强调面子因素而忽略其他关系因素。为了填补以上研究空白,本研究旨在回答下列问题:中国人是否经常使用直接请求?若是,人们是否使用礼貌策略来修饰这些直接请求?这些礼貌策略具体是什么?除此之外,本文借鉴Spencer-Oatey(2008)的人际关系管理理论,在关系视角下,更加全面地探讨人们使用礼貌策略背后的深层原因。为...
