传播学视角下相亲节目《非诚勿扰》字幕的英译研究

  随着中国与世界各国的交往,文化信息的输入和输出也日益频繁,电影电视以及综艺节目对外输出已经成为各国文化交流的重要窗口。《非诚勿扰》这部映射中国社会文化的真人秀相亲节目成功走进澳大利亚,可以说英文字幕翻译在其传播过程中起到了非常重要的作用。因此,对其字幕翻译的外译研究对于促进中国文化对外传播具有重要意义。翻译本质上就具有传播性质,翻译学领域中一直不乏字幕翻译研究,然而,将字幕翻译置于传播学框架的研究还有较多不足。在传播学的相关概念下研究具体的翻译过程,能帮助拓宽翻译的研究思路。比如,在翻译的跨文化语言转换活动中,译者作为传播之重要主体,如何对传播内容进行把关?对于传播内容如何处理?是通过何种传播渠道进行有效传播?为贴合译入语读者的意识形态和起到良好的传播效果又采用了何种翻译策略?这些问题对于促进对外传播十分重要。上述问题也是本研究关注的焦点。本文在传播学拉斯韦尔5W模式(传播者、传播内容、传播渠道、受众、传播效果)理论指导下将《非诚勿扰》的对外传播视为一个系统的翻译传播过程,分析译者在这个传播过程中是如何处理源语字幕中涉及民俗文化、文化负载词、诙谐语等内容,又是如何在字幕有限的空间和时间...
