认知语境在话语理解中的功能分析

  人类对话语理解的研究已经有很长的历史,它已经成为语言学一个蓬勃发展的领域。语言是人类重要的交际工具,所以话语理解是人类社会活动中不可缺少的重要组成部分。话语理解过程中,我们不仅要准确、恰当地表达自己的思想,还要正确理解交际另一方的话语。交际双方对话语的理解是能否进行成功交际的关键和前提,所以对其展开深入广泛的研究具有重要的理论价值和实用价值。 话语理解是一种双向的活动,它包括信息的产生和信息的接收。通过研究发现,在话语理解过程中,语境是不可或缺的因素,它影响到话语的生成和话语的理解。话语理解总是在某一特定语境中发生,只有结合具体语境才能有效理解话语含义。 本文以关联理论为理论依据,从认知角度动态地分析话语意义,并在此基础上提出了认知语境的概念。该语境观不同于传统的语境观,传统语境观认为语境是静态的,是预先存在于交际双方头脑中的共享知识,而认知语境观认为,语境是动态的,是交际双方头脑中的一系列假设。在话语理解过程中,认知语境影响了交际双方,不同人的认知在话语理解中起的作用不同。我们只有通过共享的认知环境,利用语境所提供的信息进行思辨、推理、获得语境效果,才能正确理解语言在特定语境中的特定...
