【摘要】:师范教育是教育体系的重要组成部分,其在民国时期激烈动荡的社会变革和转型发展中经历了独立设置、合并办理到多元开放体系构建的艰难曲折发展历程,对近代中国社会发展产生了深刻影响。本研究以民国山西师范教育为切入点,在充分吸收和借鉴前人研究成果基础上,试图把区域社会史、教育史和政治史的研究方法相结合,考察民国山西师范教育的历史演进,探究在不同历史阶段,山西国民师范学校、乡村师范学校、女子师范学校等各类师范教育的发展轨迹及其对山西社会转型的影响和作用,希望通过分析山西师范教育自身变革发展及其对国家政治、地方政权、社会风尚以及乡村社会和民众生活等方面的影响,透析山西师范教育与山西社会转型乃至与中国现代国家建设的关系,进而考量师范学校、社会与国家的互动关系。通过对民国时期山西师范教育发展历程的考察,既可拓展地方乃至全国师范教育史研究领域,又可丰富师范教育研究的多样化、个性化,彰显其间山西师范教育特色。本研究第一部分主要介绍民国山西师范教育的研究缘起与选题价值,对山西师范教育的学术史进行回顾和总结,确定研究思路、方法架构、研究内容和创新之处。第二部分从两方面考察了民初全国教育改革与师范教育及山西师范教育构建与运行,以进一步深化对民国山西师范教育的认识。第三部分围绕民国山西师范教育的几种表现形式展开研究,重点考察阎锡山与国民师范的建立和发展、国民师范内部体系建构和运作机制以及国民师范运行与阎锡山治晋理政之间的互动关系;认识山西乡村师范在现代乡村秩序重建、教育革新和乡村改造中的作用;了解山西女子师范教育对女性觉醒及其对妇女解放的推动;进而揭示师范学校的建立和发展为山西新生命之发力培育了革命的温床,推动了民国山西地方社会封建制度的瓦解和新秩序的重建。第四部分是总结认识,从中国现代化诉求中探讨师范学校与地方社会以及国家之间的关系。对民国时期中国师范教育发展史从独立性的争辩、职业化的追求、专业化的监管、免费政策的考量等几个方面进行检讨与前瞻,同时亦要从师范学校这一微观的研究中,反思民国时期它与地方社会乃至与国家层面的复杂关系。
[Abstract]:Normal education is an important part of the education system, which experienced a difficult and tortuous course of development in the period of the Republic of China during the fierce and turbulent social change and transformation development, the integration of the management to the construction of a pluralistic open system. This study takes the normal education of Shanxi Province in the Republic of China as the starting point and tries to bring the regional social history into consideration on the basis of absorbing and drawing on the previous research achievements. Combining the research methods of educational history and political history, this paper examines the historical evolution of normal education in Shanxi Province in the Republic of China, and probes into the different historical stages, the Shanxi National normal School and the Rural normal School. Women's normal school and other kinds of normal education development track and its impact on the transformation of Shanxi society and the role of the hope through the analysis of Shanxi normal education itself reform and development of national politics, local power. This paper analyzes the relationship between Shanxi normal education and the transformation of Shanxi society and the construction of China's modern country, and then considers the normal school. The interaction between the society and the country. Through the investigation of the development course of normal education in Shanxi during the Republic of China period, it can not only expand the research field of the history of normal education, but also enrich the diversification of the research of normal education. The first part of this study mainly introduces the origin and value of the research on Shanxi normal education in the Republic of China, and reviews and summarizes the academic history of normal education in Shanxi. The second part examines the construction and operation of the national education reform and normal education in the early Republic of China and the normal education in Shanxi Province. In order to further deepen the understanding of normal education in Shanxi Province in the Republic of China. The third part focuses on the establishment and development of Yan Xishan and the national teacher education, focusing on several forms of expression of normal education in Shanxi Province of the Republic of China. The internal system construction and operation mechanism of national normal school and the interactive relationship between the operation of national normal school and the administration of Jin government by Yan Xishan; Understand the role of Shanxi Rural Teachers College in the reconstruction of modern rural order, educational innovation and rural transformation; To understand the female normal education in Shanxi Province on the awakening of women and the promotion of women's liberation; Furthermore, it is revealed that the establishment and development of normal schools have fostered the hotbed of revolution for the new life of Shanxi, and promoted the disintegration of the feudal system of local society and the reconstruction of new order in Shanxi in the Republic of China. Part 4th is a summary of cognition. This paper discusses the relationship between normal schools and local society and the state from the demand of Chinese modernization. It discusses the history of the development of Chinese normal education in the period of the Republic of China from the independence, the pursuit of professionalism, the professional supervision. At the same time, we should reflect on the complicated relationship between the free policy and the local society or even the national level from the microscopic research of normal school.
