分层作业在初中英语学习中的应用研究

  新课标强调英语教学要以学生为中心,面向全体学生,尊重学生差异。作业作为英语教学活动的最后一环和课堂学习的补充,在学习中起着十分重要的作用。然而,作业的有效性一直是我国基础教育和英语教学中令人担忧的问题。传统的“一刀切”已不能满足现阶段不同层次学生的需要。因此,为进一步探索有效的作业布置方式,笔者对分层英语作业进行了研究。本研究的研究问题包括(1)分层英语作业如何影响学生英语学习兴趣?(2)分层英语作业对学生英语成绩有何影响?(3)分层英语作业布置中老师应该注意哪些问题?本研究根据学生的英语学习成绩、兴趣、语言和学习能力等各方面将学生分为三个层次,其中学生的层次随着学习过程中的表现而动态调整,且处于教育公平性考虑学生层次不在班内公布。不同层次学生可以在老师提供的红、黄、绿三种作业卡片中选择其一,且每一次学生所选作业均需记录。为了探讨分层作业对学生学习兴趣和英语成绩的影响,笔者采用了前测-后测对照组准实验设计进行研究。笔者在光明区实验学校做实习生期间,随机抽取两个班。两班学生共101名,平均年龄14岁,男49名,女生52名,两班被随机分为实验班(EC)和对照班(CC)。于2018年3月至2...
